Over the past two weeks, we paused to listen. We laid out the concerns from the community, addressed them head-on, and shared what we believe is a fair and workable path forward. It’s still a work in progress, but it’s a reset point I feel good about. We’re also continuing to collect data on the stimulus plan and participation. That work is ongoing in the background, and when the time comes, we’ll have what we need to measure impact and improve where needed. But now, it’s time to shift gears and return to our core focus: the product. When we first introduced the 3LP strategy, the idea was simple - build serious infrastructure for on-chain liquidity by supporting: - Liquidity Providers: improve capital efficiency, unlock flexibility, and enable deeper integrations - Launchpads: provide powerful tools to experiment and build new launch mechanisms - Launches: create permissionless, flexible systems that let anyone launch and bootstrap liquidity on their own terms After working closely with the team, launchpads, and projects preparing to go live, I’ve been reminded why this work matters. And why it’s still so needed. Two things, in particular, keep coming up: First, token launches today are fragmented and rigid. Most teams don’t get the flexibility or control they need to succeed. Second, we’ve built some amazing tech, but it’s still too hidden. People either don’t know it’s there, or they haven’t seen how it can help them. That’s not on them, that’s on us. And we’ve got to fix it. So today, we’re launching the Meteora Launch Guide - a home for all our launch tools, products, and technical docs, all in one place. It’s built to: - Help teams understand what we’ve built and how to use it - Make integration easier with clean, developer-first docs - Support launchpads and partners looking to plug into our infra - And soon, offer a simple UI for launching — no code needed And just to be clear, there are a few lines we won’t cross to stay transparent and neutral: - We don’t do private launches - We don’t ask for contract addresses or insider info - We don’t offer bespoke advisory or strategy We’re here to build and open up the tools, so teams can use them however they want, or work with launchpads in our ecosystem who are ready to help. Under the hood, this is a modular system, designed for flexibility. Whether you’re launching a meme coin, a protocol token, or working through a launchpad, you should be able to design something that works for you. The guide is just the start. In the weeks ahead, we’ll be kicking off a focused campaign to walk through each of our launch products - what they do, how they work, and how they unlock new possibilities for teams and launchpads alike. For Meteora’s next phase, we’re going to be focusing on helping launchpads win. But to do this, we need your help. We’ve built a lot of cool technology for launches and launchpads, but it can get complicated to understand how they all work. Today, we’re launching an effort to bridge this knowledge gap by bringing everything together in one place. Introducing the Meteora Launch Guide. This will be the focal point for the Meteora launch suite, covering details like: - The different tools available (DLMM, Dynamic AMM, Stake2earn, etc.) and how they can be used - Constantly ramping up education such as case studies (e.g. $JUP / $CLOUD) and more - Clean, developer-first documentation for easy integration Our goal with this page: Empowering the LP Army with the ins and outs of Meteora’s tech, and becoming the rallying point for more community-driven efforts to make Meteora the centerplace of token launches for Solana. With this effort, we’ll be able to accelerate the momentum for launches on Meteora, in turn unlocking more LP opportunities for the LP Army. That’s how we all win.
