idk, hating on this seems a bit retarded ngl. Why would any cashtrader offer a fixed price when the item is 100% gonna drop in price. Offering a flexible rate seems like the best option for seller and buyer. Else he would propably offer 75% of todays price to make sure not to lose money on it.

Beginning March 16th, players in Germany will have an "X-Ray Scanner" tab in their Inventory. For those players, containers can only be opened via X-ray Scanner. The X-Ray Scanner will come preloaded with a one-time exclusive non-tradable "Genuine P250 | X-ray", which must be claimed before using the X-Ray Scanner to reveal items in other containers. TLDR: Valve uses ICE to scan gamefiles for illegal immigrants

Valve moved from STUN (Session Traversal Utilities for NAT) pathing to ICE (Interactive Connectivity Establishment) routing. Now the game can dynamically choose the best packet route mid-match instead of locking it at connect. Game previously used ICE for Peer-to-Peer stuff.
