GamerPay will Shut Down on 29th May 2026. After more than five years of helping Counter-Strike traders conduct their business on a safe and trusted marketplace, we are sad to announce that GamerPay, as you know it, will be shutting down at the end of the month. We are extremely proud to have been your marketplace of choice, and to have built a platform that allowed gamers to trade their items effortlessly and safely. But what does this mean for you - the GamerPay user? For the next week, all users will be able to both trade for new skins with their existing balance, and withdraw their existing balance. It will not be possible to make deposits. We are doing this in order to help users get their last trades in order before the 8th of May, where the only function for users on the GamerPay site will be to withdraw their existing balance. We would also encourage you to delist your items as soon as possible, as trades will no longer be possible from the 8th of May and onwards. At the end of the month, on the 29th of May, the GamerPay site will be fully shut down - and if there (against our expectations) are still users with active support tickets (both on our site, and on our payment partner, LemonWay’s site), having trouble withdrawing their balance - those users will be helped personally, on a case-by-case basis - to ensure that absolutely everybody who has used GamerPay will get their money back in their own hands. Making sure that everyone can say goodbye to GamerPay, and leave on a positive note is very important to us - and our dedicated support team will be there to help you all along the way. A big thank you to everyone who has used our service, participated in our community and have helped us build (and improve) the safest marketplace for Counter-Strike skins - it has been an honor and a privilege to help conduct over 2 million safe trades. We hope all of you will keep your enthusiasm high for Counter-Strike skins, crafts and everything in between - and we hope some of our former competitors will welcome you with open arms. I'm really tired of seeing certain big-name traders in the CS skins community, who built their reputation as legit, quietly scamming and sharking regular players. They do it subtly -- offering only 85-90% of Buff/YouPin value in DMs, or pricing trash items at absurd amounts like 500k for something worth 1k max. Because they have a big following and a "trusted" name, people stay silent while normal traders get ripped off left and right. If this doesn't stop, I will start calling them out publicly. A big name doesn't give anyone the right to scam.
