ServiceNSW should be: FrustrationNSW. What started as a gov streamlining outfit has transformed into a hive of red tape, confused & contradicting rules, multiple forms & charges. Classic case of over-government. I pity the staff having to navigate the bureaucratic clown-show.

Hey @ServiceNSW - this form is discriminatory? There are Australians who were born in an Australian territory (ie PNG) that still need to verify their identity. Even an 'Other' would be an option.

@ServiceNSW This makes no sense. My inspection was done December 2024 and has been on 6 month rego. By the document shared, it is not due for inspection till December but I have inspection required. Daughters car inspection done January and then again just now in July. Why?

@ServiceNSW my car renewal is in and I need a pink slip. It’s a 6 month rego and has in the past been covered by the earlier safety check. Same happened to daughter. Why do I need two checks per year now?

Hello @ServiceNSW Trying to get my overseas license transferred, my license has already been transferred 5 years ago, I just want to get my rider license also transferred and have all the paperwork but the staff hasn't been very keen on helping out. Can i get some help here?

@gvtwts Hi Gaurav, the advice you have received is correct, you will need to provide your physical licence with current expiry, as current proof of overseas licence. If you no longer have this, you may need to reach out to the Governing Authority in your country and order a replacement.

@ServiceNSW Unfortunately your operater yesterday said it's "in the works" and that they aren't providing relief until everything is in place.

For those in need on the mid north coast or beyond go to @ServiceNSW for disaster relief help. We will dry off and shake it off like we always do. This once in a 500 yr event will define us as we rebuild here in Taree.
