@MacyPompompurin That's the roblox dmca team for you. the guy who sent a counter notice for my dmca used the address of a law firm and a guy that doesn't exist there with a fake name.

one of my dmca requests got a counter notice and he spells his name wrong 3 times in the document. yet roblox accepts it and I have to file a lawsuit for them to not re-upload the stolen model again. this company is so fuckin bizarre

@Roblox_RTC I am a Rights Manager registered creator, yet I’m being punished for simply using the tools @Roblox provided to protect my IP. Is there any way to stop this malicious reporting loop? My livelihood is being threatened by bad actors. @DavidBaszucki @Roblox

I strongly believe this is direct retaliation for recently protecting my work. I have successfully taken down several unauthorized re-uploads of my original animations, and now the re-uploaders are using bad-faith reports to strike my original items. @Roblox_RTC

I am being targeted by a malicious user filing false DMCA claims on my top selling @Roblox UGC emotes. A user named ugcsetupnew is weaponizing the takedown system to tank my revenue and sabotage my hard work. I have already received a 3 day ban. #Roblox #RobloxDev #RobloxUGC

This used to update every day at 7pm showing you the last 7 days. Then day light savings happened and it turned to 8pm and it showed 6/7 days, having to manually go back a day to see the stats. Now they revamped the page a while ago and it updates whenever it feels like which gets annoying

@Shift4D I really hope this solves a lot of the copying issues 😭. I already know some original emotes are going to be taken down by this as well

@Setalcix You can check recently deleted UGC on Rolimons. There's a wave of approximately 97 pages of emotes that were taken down back to back (at the time of writing this) rolimons.com/marketplace/de…

@FennecpawRBX @Roblox They aren't even specific if it will be bundles or just dynamic heads. I have also seen people who don't make dynamic heads get this email too. This whole situation is just the worst thing iv been put through.

@Roblox This will litterly put me out of business and I will lose my home. My top characters and heads make a significant amount of my income and are impossible to meet the new standards that require these giant mouths and eyes. There is no creativity to be had. It is impossible.

@lucadukes_stuff @Roblox it's possible they took it down for spam. I've seen a similar post where they had multiple color variations for the same model and the roblox moderation took it down for spam.

This group is stealing bestselling static faces and making them animated heads so when the original creators gets deleted they will make money. @Roblox @robloxdevrel please terminate and lock this group, they are taking advantage of an update that already harms creators.

good morning @Roblox its so fun that you allow these thieves to counter notice with a black on white counter notice template! Using fake ip to get stuff reinstated but I HAVE TO FILE A LAWSUIT to prove so the OBVIOUS COPY wont be reinstated? Are we dead ass why do i have to prove instead maybe make the thief id verify to even be able to send counter notices. If u can scan kids ids and faces for verification and safety im sure its almost like you could copy that for counter notices too! @lukashmny @Roblox It’s still frustrating to deal with even with the resources to handle this. A simple side by side comparison and the upload dates should resolve this without legal escalation.
