@WFN_Art I think it's similar to creators that play one game for a long time. They grow and accumulate followers with that game, switching (and diversifying) is hard and takes a long time. Yes, some people may leave but if you're happier with your new direction, that's all that matters!

🫠 I thought I had made tangible progress, but the disconnect between how happy/proud I am of an artwork and the backlash online tells me I perhaps shouldn't trust my own gut as an artist. It's a scary thought. I'm less motivated to breathe life into my own ideas than ever tbh.
