Yesterday evening, we were at Shoreham and Otford Cricket Club providing CPR and AED training sessions for the local community. Learning these essential life saving skills, you can increase the chances of survival in the event someone suffers a cardiac arrest.

Tonight the team were out providing free CPR and AED training at Fawkham village.

This morning we had the pleasure of giving 20 members of the public basic first aid, CPR and AED ( Defibrillator) training. Thank you to @ReuthesGardens for donating their space for the training and to all those who came and also gave us generous donations to support our work.

Another training session done at Otford Builders Merchants today, showing them how to use the new ipad SP1 AED ( Defibrillators) they have purchased to protect their staff and customers at all their locations. #freetraining

We hope the mindless vandals who wrecked a public access debif site in Borough Green yesterday never have need of its lifesaving capabilities.

Thank you to Shoreham over 60s club and local residents, that's another 50 people trained to do CPR and use a defib after a mammoth session by our volunteers today

Today the team were invited to demonstrate CPR and using an AED to Platt Ladies. It was a full house and an enjoyable afternoon. They did really well.

Did you know we look after over 60 public access defibrillators in the sevenoaks area. Regular checks mean they are ready for use in an emergency. Here is Stan servicing one PAD site today. Stan has been with us as a volunteer for over a decade.
