They are constantly saying the project is going over budget and god knows how inflation will play a role 6 yrs from now.

Obviously, you take $100 flight. But trains are gonna be about the same as the cheapest flight. It’s just so much easier than dealing with the airport delays TSA thousands of people in your face in Miami. Would you rather pay $100 for a roundtrip flight or $500 for a train ride. The problem with this train is that you are not gaining anything by taking the train

@Sevanb32 @CaneTigger @60Minutes Because it's gonna take at least an hour to get to the airport with traffic, an hour to check in and board, and if there are delays, another hour. Convenience matters.

@ADuvalX4 @CaneTigger @60Minutes You can get to Burbank airport 45 minutes before your flight and be able to board your plane. Also that picture was showing the traffic conditions of a Sunday afternoon. That drive the station can take up 2 hrs in rush hour.

@CaneTigger @60Minutes Lmao read the fine print. You probably have never been to LA. The station is 60 mins away from downtown LA so you still have to drive out to the station. And price of train ride one way is going to cost more than a RT flight from LA to Vegas and a flight is only 45 mins

@60Minutes I will never drive from Miami to Orlando again. The Brightline is the best fucking thing to happen to Florida and I can’t wait to take it from LA to Vegas. If you assholes don’t like it don’t take it. Just stay the fuck out of the way.
