@rohindhar It home I would guess is 3 bed 2 bath turnkey or requiring little renovation?

In San Francisco today, home prices are exploding for the “it homes” that everyone loves and therefore bids on.
Below that tier of competition, prices are elevated but not insane
When evaluating a home for sale in SF that you like today, the most helpful valuation framework is two qualitative questions to gauge competition:
Will everyone in the city like this house and therefore will it get a bazillion offers? (will the price be stratospheric)
And
What are the reasons I like this home but perhaps others won’t like as much as me? (are there some honest reasons why the price won’t be stratospheric)
Everyone tries to price things based on square footage and comparable sales, but the primary determinant is competition from other buyers

Ok… most of you know I was in the organic baby formula business, but what you don’t know is I dabbled in diapers as well.
I also know this baby2baby “non profit” and have had past interactions with them.. I’ll leave that out for now..
Let’s dive into this absolute grifting nonsense. Prepare to be shocked.
California is about to spend $20 million of taxpayer money to give 100,000 newborns 400 diapers each through Baby2Baby.
Do the math with me:
100,000 babies × 400 diapers = 40 million diapers
$20,000,000 ÷ 40,000,000 = $0.50 per diaper!!!!!
Now walk into any Costco in California and you can buy the same quality diapers for .12 to .15 cents each!
That’s $48 to $60 for 400 diapers.
So the state is paying 8–10x more per diaper than a regular family buying in bulk.
They could’ve just handed every low-income new mom $100 cash and told her to go to Costco. She’d get more diapers, better ones if she wanted, and still have money left for formula, wipes, or whatever the hell she actually needs.
But nah… that wouldn’t let Gavin and his connected “nonprofit” girls running the show there cut ribbons, take photos, do galas and be friends with celebrities and brag about the “first-in-the-nation” program while skimming their cut for “administration” and “partnerships.”
This is peak government stupidity!!!
Spend way more money to feel good and look good, instead of just trusting parents with their own damn money.
We’re not helping babies. We’re funding another bloated nonprofit-government grift.
Math doesn’t lie. The diaper math is brutal.
What a scam and a joke!!!!!

English

The man who was caught paying the homeless for signatures in Los Angeles and then swung at reporters when questioned about it has been identified
His name is Philip Deshaun Brunson, a 50 year old man from Detroit, Michigan with a prior criminal history
He was in California working as a paid signature gatherer. He travels from state to state and does this
American taxpayers can’t even fathom the organized fraud taking place
Imagine how many other people are getting paid to do this too

SF spends $102k a year per homeless person. It spends $20k a year per resident. SF spends more per homeless person than the 10 largest US cities combined spend per resident.

California Sheriff says their elections are being RIGGED!
Your vote in California is being STOLEN by illegals, and they're not even hiding it anymore.
Sheriff's investigators uncovered that people from PAKISTAN were voting in California elections. Multiple people living OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY were registered and casting ballots.
California's online voter registration system operates on an "honor system" where literally anyone in the world can register to vote by simply clicking a box saying they're not lying. No verification, no citizenship checks. Just click and you're registered.
Once you're in the system, you automatically get mailed a ballot for EVERY election!

WE KNOW WHO HE IS!
Remember that guy who took a swipe at me in the Tenderloin when I asked him about paying the homeless to sign other people’s names to anti billionaire tax petitions?
The story went viral and a signature gatherer from the Midwest saw it, identified him, and contacted me.
Now Phil Brunson of Detroit is under investigation for possible election fraud.
The story pointed out something I didn’t know — signature gathering can be so lucrative that people travel from state to state working the different campaigns.

🚨 WOW. California governor candidate Steve Hilton (R) exposes that Gavin Newsom and Democrats shoved a $1,350 PER MONTH CHARGE for 20 years on every new single family home into a bill
"They snuck it into the bill that was supposed to SOLVE their housing crisis!"
"Vehicle Miles Travelled, and it's yet another sneaky, stealthy way that the Democrats in charge of California want to gouge you for the crime of driving your car."
"They're trying to punish single-family homes. They want to stop single-family homes from being built, and so they're going to put this charge on it, VMT, because if you build a new home, people are going to drive to their new home. That's vehicle miles travelled."
"They are trying to sneak in a charge, wait for it, of $1,350 per month for 20 years on every new single-family home. And this is in the bill, AB130, that Gavin Newsom said would solve the housing crisis. They don't want to solve the housing crisis."
California needs to wake up and vote red for once!
