My mother in law (Maltese) has been in the UK 50 years (Malta has a unique relationship to UK re historic ability to work/live in the UK). She paid PAYE for 45 years (as a factory seamstress). Will she now not be able to access a pension unless she changes citizenship?

We should start fining people for missing an NHS appointment without an evidenced reason, or cancelling in good time. It's rude, reckless and clogs the system up. If you agree an appointment, be there. If not, expect a fine.
