Why?
Her identity at launch was a mobile mid/close range aoe hitscan, but EVERY single change has been to make her more like Hela.

- buff fall-off on primary
- nerf explosion damage
- buff primary damage
I loved Phoenix for what she was. Now, she's just a watered down Hela.

and it’s because the gpu usage is always below 70 % with their shitty optimization

@ninjune1 Rivals has shitty optimization but that's partly on you.
If you want frames set the rendering scale to something lower. It'll perform better AND look better than any config. You don't need perfect 1440p for competitive games

@SgbsShhs @salmoona_ i seriously don’t see why dive would be bad in high elo ranked, it definitely takes more work and coordination but it can be pulled off and im sure dive players can learn poke more easily than poke players could learn dive anyway. i agree eternity and scrims are diff tho

im completely fine with people playing whatever they want to play but high key yes lol that's what most dive players mean, the effort for poke is much lower with the reward being as high or higher for most poke characters than dive most dive characters

I play the game on 3050 and I without configs (still has clutter/ screen shake and same visibility) get like 60-70 fps max it’s unplayable

A lot of players are getting banned right now because of scalability settings.
This isn’t random but no one is talking about the real issue.
The game optimization is bad.
I’m on a rtx 4080 and I still can’t hold stable 200 FPS without tweaking scalability.
And if you play DPS, low FPS completely ruins your aim — you can literally feel the inconsistency in fights.
Yes, some of these settings remove visual clutter and give better visibility than default.
But players aren’t using them to “cheat” — they’re using them because the game doesn’t run properly.
In high level scrims, playing on unstable FPS is basically trolling your team.
So right now it’s simple:
play at a disadvantage or risk getting banned.
That’s not competitive integrity — that’s a system problem.

Regardless of where you stand on the situation, Mooda should NOT be unbanned because it will set a bad precedent. As long as cheaters wait long enough, they can be unbanned.
This is especially bad for Siege when streamers (like Jynxzi) even quit the game cause of cheaters.
