@LamarMK On our second model Y. Wouldn’t have anything else as a day to day car. We also have an EQC which is poor in comparison. Still can’t beat a V8 though so that’s the weekend car….

I've never met a single Tesla owner who regrets buying one. Not in person. Not online. Nowhere. In fact, every owner is always excited about the same things. Their car drives itself. It keeps getting better through free software updates. And nothing else on the road even compares. Tesla owners, would you ever go back to a regular car?

@danjaydubya @theposh 100% this, been saying it all season. It’s worked well but we’re just seen as a stepping stone now and you can’t start from scratch pretty much every other season.

Do feel that our policy of buy lower and sell on @theposh needs to change. There are other more desirable clubs now. We need a core of experience with the youth players also. This season has been a slog, players are not this level, surely those at the top can see this?

After 25 years, today is my last day at Peterborough United. A quarter of a century - that makes me feel old! In that time I've worked under 21 managers, lived through promotions, relegations, Wembley days, play-off heartbreak, and the unique experience of welcoming Fergie back so often it started to feel less like a reappointment and more like him popping home for tea. To my colleagues past and present, thank you. The graft, the laughs, and the long, unsociable hours, were worth it. To the Posh fans I've interacted with over the years, most of you have been amazing so thank you! The ones who caused me grief, also thanks, you taught me a lot, especially how to deal with difficult people. Genuinely, it's a skill I'll carry with me for the rest of my career. Now to find out what a Saturday afternoon looks like. Up the Posh. 💙🤍

London property prices are crashing and the numbers are shocking  In prime central London, the falls are brutal & ugly. See below… Just 15 years ago London was booming & everyone from all over the world was fighting to get property in the capital Now all the millionaires & billionaires are leaving, the prices are crashing, & the supporting local businesses are closing down >Mayfair sold prices are down 50 to 60 per cent year on year 
>Kensington & Chelsea is down 40 to 50 per cent
>Belgravia & Westminster seeing a 10%+ a YEAR drop in value London used to be the best property market in the world, now it’s starting the national collapse as it will ripple out Yes, this is brutal, but it also means that central prime London is now cheap enough to buy. @matt_pufc People don’t have a clue. Try running a business and then try running a business with thousands of pairs of eyes on you, where everyone seems to be an expert. Running a League 1 club is like walking a tightrope….

This is silly. Go and read the public accounts. This man has poured money into the club. Transfer fees are paid over years, and we never see that headline value: previous club sell-ons, agents' fees, tax, etc. No L1 club is making a profit; you lose a fortune owning a club.

In the U.K, you need to earn £205k to make £10k a month  In Dubai you need to earn £120k a year to net £10k a month  The U.K is nearly 50% income tax while Dubai is 0% tax  Explain that logic

@Sgilham Let's see how he feels. We dont even know what we offered him in the first place. Could we tempt him with pay as you play and/coaching role. He has spent most of his career in Yorkshire so are his family still based there. Who knows. He may want to be closer to him end of the day

If we can keep Tom Lees. Imagine having Hughes, Lees, Okagbue and Nevett. Nevett will only get better. 4 very good CBs going into next season.
