@IanCutress ...past height/64 threads due to how x265 handles threading - the x265 output says (N rows) which is ~ how well it can scale.

@IanCutress Ah yeah. I think most people (at least I was) were assuming 4K is the output size. Plus 1080p at default settings won't scale...

@IanCutress -w 1920 -l 1080 -> was this a 1080p test? HEVC 4k is how it's listed in the AnandTech article, and the fps is really high for 4k
