I don’t understand why they keep calling Appa 'the original airbender' when it’s actually the lion turtles that gave the power of airbending to all airbenders in the first place. I just can’t wrap my head around it

Treasure Planet (2002) was a passion project Disney directors had been pushing since the late 80s, finally made with that hand-drawn and CGI blend. Flopped on release, but the ambition is exactly why it stuck.

@CartoonsOTMoon Well the squirrel/bluejay episode first showed that they can turn into acorns/oaks, and they had a food chain challenge and started as blades of grass. So an episode with trees as the main topic had to happen someday.
