When your body starts smelling strongly of BO, it might not just be bad hygiene It could be your body trying to communicate with you The body speaks through symptoms, smell, skin, breath, energy, and discomfort. You don’t just randomly stink. A lot of the time, you smell like what your body is processing You truly carry the scent of what you consume Food, stress, alcohol, chemicals, dehydration, poor sleep, blocked elimination the body has to push that somewhere And the underarms are not random either That area is connected to sweat, glands, and lymph flow. So when the underarms smell intense, I see it as the body trying to release what it no longer wants to hold But instead of asking, What is my body trying to tell me? Most people are trained to just cover it up Spray deodorant. Block the smell. Add more chemicals. Pretend the body is the problem And that’s where it gets interesting They knew the modern diet was going to overload people. Processed food, synthetic ingredients, stress, sugar, alcohol, seed oils, fake fragrance, polluted water all of it affects the body So instead of teaching people how to clean their internal system, they marketed products to silence the signs Especially deodorants filled with aluminium and other questionable ingredients The body speaks The system teaches you to mute it Maybe BO is not always something to be ashamed of Maybe sometimes it’s a signal Maybe your body is saying Clean me from the inside I’m just speaking from my own experience. After my 40-day water fast last year, I barely smell of anything. Even now, I still smell clean naturally I don’t eat meat either, so maybe that plays a part I also don’t really eat processed food or random chemical-heavy stuff I legit don't have a single inch of BO smell. So the saying 'you are what you eat' is real
