You also forgot to mention that we shouldn’t be drinking water or soda with meals. It's better to drink before eatingm this way, you avoid bloating and digestive discomfort. Most people feel noticeably better after making this simple change.

We could not go into any major grocery store. They were all closed. No electricity. No one was buying out stuff either. Some small veg stores sold out of water but they have limited supply. so no clue where this is from but seems fake
