The Cyborgs, aided by their army of Automaton slaves, have plotted in secret to overthrow Managed Democracy and dominate the galaxy under their mechanical boot. The industrial hellscape of Cyberstan is merely a blueprint for the rest of the galaxy. If not stopped, every planet will be stripped of its natural resources, made barren in single-minded pursuit of mechano-socialist Tyranny. The Cyborgs are raising Megafactories across their stolen planets. The Cyborgs proliferate Megafactories for one purpose: the proliferation of the Cyborgs themselves. Inside Megafactories lie Cyborg Production Units, bio-furnaces which grow new Cyborg orgo-frames which are then cybernetically enhanced with murderous weaponry. The exponential rise of the Cyborgs must be stopped before it's too late. Liberate CHOEPESSA IV and CHARBAL-VII. Kill 113,000,000 Agitators and 70,000,000 Radicals to cull the growth of this animatronic threat.

The objective is the full liberation of Cyberstan from the Automaton Legion, in order to deny the inevitable development of socialist mundicide capabilities. Phase I of this operation is the March to Cyberstan. The objective of this phase is to hold Aurora Bay or Merak, in order to establish the planet from which the emancipation of Cyberstan will be launched. The galactic scope of this threat demands the allocation of significant resources. 200 million Helldiver reinforcements have been apportioned for the duration of this operation. This is a galaxy-wide apportionment. All Helldiver casualties—not just those employed towards Cyberstan’s liberation—count towards this total.
