@MATlKANEFUKUKIT Whenever you’re hurt and/or low on energy, including after a race or training, take one. It’ll replenish your energy and heal any physical injury. I was scared Fuku. Seeing you hurt like that scared the daylights out of me. I’m just very glad that you’re okay now.
