Amid all the attention to Jay Clayton's self-humiliation, it's not being reported that just about all Trump nominees for all offices--including federal judgeships--get the 2020 election question from Democratic senators and refuse to answer directly. It should be disqualifying.

The main doc here appears to be the Oct. 2020 memorandum prepared by the National Intelligence Officer (NIO) for Cyber and the Director. It says China took "low level exploratory steps to undermine" Trump in 2020. But it also says the Chinese government didn't do it but was aware of Chinese actors who did.
