“Nah.. You’re kinda cute when you’re all flustered like that ~” He teased, that cheesy grin still on his face. He didn’t really care who knew how he was related to Sonic, but.. he was having quite a bit of fun with this.

“Fudge..?” He echoed with a tilt of his head, genuinely curious about that reaction.

“And if I don’t?” He asked, leaning forward a bit with that smirk still plastered on his face. “Maybe you should tell /me/ why it matters.”

“Woaah, easy on the volume, dude. If I’m gonna go deaf, it’d better be from my drums…” He waved a hand dismissively. “Course I know who Sonic is.. everyone does.. I know who /you/ are too, Shadow. I don’t live under a rock.”

“What’s your deal with wantin’ everyone t’ be related..?” He shrugged it off and rocked back on his heels. “Besides.. we’re not /that/ similar..” he protested.

“Is everyone just a color t’ you… Black hedgehog?” He teased with another playful grin. Of course he knew what ‘blue hedgehog’ Shadow was referring to, but this whole interaction was amusing to him.

“Couldn’t tell ya. Maybe you’ve seen me in your dreams~” He teased, this time with a playful wink and a small chuckle.

“First of all..the name’s Manic,” he introduced with another smirk. But that smirk faded a bit as he tried to think of how to explain that phrase. “Y’know..like.. she has good taste. Good style..her ‘sleight of hand,’ if ya will, the stuff she keeps her eye on. I dig it.”

“Related? Nah.” He chuckled, hands in his pockets as he looked at the other hedgehog with a playful smirk. “But we’ve crossed paths. She’s pretty cool, ‘n got good taste, y’ know?”
