Back before I broke my back, I worked at RAC for 5 years. Every day, I did deliveries, credit runs, sales calls, maintenance, basically ran the store. My management made me “non promotable” because my sales manager picked fights with me every day, called me sexist, etc. I basically broke my back there, then when I rage quit? My next job, I broke my spine within a few months cause it just, couldn’t anymore

I was reflecting on my past a bit, and I just want you to know if you ever worked in a thankless position and were fired or pressured to leave for doing what’s right, I see you, love you, and appreciate you
