@ShadowtHuman209 Are we talking about Expo or Mirai here? Bc Expo has a lot of the same venues for 2026 that they had for 2024, only a handful of them changed to larger locations. I unfortunately think you're right in that it's more about certain locations having higher demand like TX or CA

@Exterminator988 @BerryKitty06 And when it comes to the characterization. Should we really go back to the writing that caused Sonic to be a laughing stock in the first place? Sure, you could argue that times have changed but it would still be a huge risk for SEGA.

@Exterminator988 @BerryKitty06 Ok, look, I get that and I generally would agree that these are some pretty cool wishes for the franchise, if we were still in the 2000s. The reality is that games cost a lot more to make nowadays and if they don't sell well enough the games are going to be in hot water again.

This a lot of people assume people critical of the series "hate it". But that's not true. We're critical BECAUSE we love the series and want it to be the best it can be. We don't like the direction it's currently taking and want to express that.

@badger_top @BerryKitty06 Give them time. I know it's hard to put something like this into words cause it involves a lot of self-reflection as well. Besides, In my mind both sides bring interesting points but at the same time both sides bring points that are flat out unrealistic or wrong.

@PTonipr Yeah, but there are other IPs outside of gaming and you want to cater to as much people as possible. Real life exists. There are people out there that don't play games at all. Shocker. BUTTT these people play mobile games to pass the time when they are bored.

@ShadowtHuman209 Yo no tengo problema con los crossovers, pero si van a hacer crossovers, que al menos sean crossovers que tengan sentido o se sientan naturales. Como con los Mario y Sonic en Wii, o Sonic y Megaman en Archie. No es difícil pensar en mejores IPs y que cuadren más.
