Pakistan İslam Cumhuriyeti Başbakanı, kardeşim Sayın Şahbaz Şerif’i ve kıymetli heyeti İstanbul’da ağırlamaktan büyük memnuniyet duydum. 🇹🇷🇵🇰 Bugün yaptığımız görüşmelerde ikili ilişkilerimiz başta olmak üzere bölgesel ve küresel meseleler hakkında görüş teatisinde bulunduk. İslamabad Mutabakatı’yla sağlanan sükûnet sayesinde tüm dünya derin bir nefes almıştır. Biz de bölgemizde gerilimin azaltılmasına ve sorunların diplomasi yoluyla çözülmesine katkı sağlayacak her adımı destekledik, destekliyoruz. İsrail yönetiminin, mutabakatı dinamitlemeye yönelik tahriklerini dikkatle takip ediyoruz. Savaş bağımlısı mevcut İsrail hükûmetinin coğrafyamızı tekrar barut ve kan kokusuna boğmasına fırsat verilmemelidir. Türkiye, hangi inanca mensup olursa olsun bölge sakinlerinin tamamının huzur ve güven içinde yaşadığı bir iklimin hâkim olmasını istemektedir. Böyle bir iklimin tesisi için de her türlü gayreti gösteriyoruz. Bölgemizde barış, istikrar ve refahın güçlendirilmesi için Pakistan başta olmak üzere kardeş ülkelerle dayanışma halinde çalışmayı sürdüreceğiz. Pakistan’la her alanda dayanışmamız sürüyor. Ticaret hacmimizi evvelce belirlediğimiz 5 milyar dolar seviyesine çıkarma hedefimizi teyit ettik. Pakistan’la enerji, ulaştırma, kritik mineraller ve bilgi teknolojileri alanında iş birliğimizi derinleştirmek istiyoruz. Ekonomik ilişkilerimizin en önemli unsurlarından olan savunma sanayisi alanındaki iş birliğimiz yeni projelerle her geçen gün gelişiyor. Aşama aşama hayata geçirdiğimiz bu projelerin, Pakistan’ın gücüne güç katacağına inanıyorum.

It was a great pleasure and honour to meet my very dear brother, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in the historic city of Istanbul today. Our discussions covered the full spectrum of the Pakistan–Türkiye Strategic Partnership, with particular focus on trade, investment, defence cooperation, energy, connectivity, technology, regional peace, and people-to-people exchanges. We reaffirmed our shared belief that dialogue, diplomacy, and mutual respect remain the only sustainable path to resolving disputes and preserving international peace and security. I thanked President Erdoğan for his warm hospitality. We also agreed to fully leverage the immense potential of our partnership to achieve our mutually agreed target of USD 5 billion in bilateral trade and to take the enduring bonds of brotherhood between Pakistan and Türkiye to even greater heights. The Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar @MIshaqDar50 held a telephonic conversation today with His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud @FaisalbinFarhan , Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The two leaders discussed the regional situation especially the recent round of mediations in Doha. They expressed satisfaction on the positive progress made during this negotiation and hoped that the discussions would continue in near future. His Highness Prince Faisal appreciated Pakistan's efforts and steadfast commitment to the implementation of the Islamabad MoU and its continued role in advancing dialogue and promoting lasting peace in the region.

Alhamdulillah! Today marks another important milestone in Pakistan’s economic reform journey. The successful First Financial Closing of the PIA privatisation transaction, and the transfer of management control to the investor consortium, marks the beginning of a new chapter for our national carrier. With a transformational investment to modernise and strengthen PIA, we are laying the foundation for its revival while reinforcing investor confidence in Pakistan. I commend Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, and pay special tribute to Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and his dedicated team, as well as Adviser to the Prime Minister on Privatisation Muhammad Ali, Finance Minister Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, the Privatisation Commission, and all those whose professionalism, commitment and tireless efforts made this landmark achievement possible. The Government, myself and the people of Pakistan are deeply grieved by the tragic news of the helicopter crash in Ras Tanura, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which has claimed the 14 precious lives. Pakistan extends heartfelt condolences to the Government and People of the Kingdom. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of this tragic accident and their grieving families. Pakistan stands in complete and unwavering solidarity with our Saudi brethren in this hour of national grief.
