Dear @RBI, LICHFL reduced the ROI on my home loan (Loan A/c 610300002861) from 9.45% to 7.85% after charging an additional amount. Yet, neither my EMI nor tenure changed. No explanation despite repeated emails. Kindly intervene.

Bought new Tata Punch on 22 May, but iRA has not worked since delivery. iRA support says my vehicle was registered with else’s mobile number by the dealer.Despite repeated complaints to Tata, iRA support and the dealer, it remains unresolved. @TataMotors @Schandr80504296

@TataMotors_Cars 6 months, countless emails, X posts, videos, and repeated troubleshooting—still no resolution. I’m done and closing this, as I’ve lost hope that @TataMotors will ever fix it. I wonder if the MD & CEO are aware of what customers are going through after the passing of Ratan Tata

@TataMotors_Cars 6 months. Countless follow-ups. Still no solution. Only excuses and tickets closed without fixing the issue. This is not customer support—it’s complete neglect. Buying a Tata car has been one of my biggest regrets. Do customers really have to beg for support, @TataMotorsCare?

@thakursury @TataMotors @NexonTataMotors Same experience here. I am facing even worse issues with my top-end Tata Safari. For every problem, customers have to keep begging Tata Motors for support, and to make matters worse, customer care closes tickets without the customer’s consent. This is completely unacceptable.

Dear @TataMotors & @NexonTataMotors Before service: No noise, vibration, or pulling. After service: Left wheel noise, vibration, pulling to one side, After fees day, he told the tyre is damaged and needs replacement. If no issue before D service why I pay for a new tyre?

@TataMotors_Cars 6 months, no resolution. Shared the error video and screenshots again, but @TataMotorsCare closed the ticket without my confirmation, saying they couldn’t open the link. Extremely disappointed with this support.

@TataMotors_Cars No response and no solution. Instead, they keep sending emails asking me to share the same evidence that I have already submitted more than 10 times. Tata Motors keeps frustrating its customers, and I am one of those who has been suffering for a long time.
