I had the distinct honour of visiting Professor PLO Lumumba at his residence to congratulate him on being conferred the rank of Senior Counsel (SC) by President Ruto. This title is awarded to a lawyer who has worked for at least 15 years in the legal profession with utmost integrity. He is a very good friend of Somaliland and a true testament to Pan-Africanism. A well-deserved recognition for a giant of justice and integrity.
