@entropied2223 I think you are over estimating the amount of actual daal in a katori of cooked daal. One katori barely has 25g of daal. 35 if you make it thick. 100 gm of dry daal , cooked results in much more than 250g of cooked dal

@Shakthi113 Arey 250-300 gm cooked weight means 80-100 gm dry daal which will easily give 20 g protein. If I had taken 250 g dry plus water, protein would shoot yo 60-70
