@ArenaBreakoutPC 500 - 700k max. I think it's fine to go against higher geared players, the real issue is allowing low tier guns to rock Tier 6 / 7 ammo. These ammo's need to have risk elements. Even if it's limiting these ammo types to Weapons like M110's / Sj's, instead of a 10k mosin.
