Another total anti-pattern: preventing users from pasting text in password fields. @Assurant, you are making it hard for users to use strong passwords and password managers, which makes your site less secure.

PSA: If you send your users tickets to do some real world thing, make retrieving that ticket or QR code the primary and most discoverable thing. Everything else is secondary @SNCFConnect

Today in #UXfail: @SNCFConnect. This e-mail is not your ticket, despite saying "Mon e-billet". Nor does the big "Go to my order" button button get you to the ticket download. Nor is the PDF attached. You have to go to "My trip" (green outline). 🤦‍♂️

The TVs in this hotel are heavily locked down LG units running an awful custom interface I love the Channel Guide, which randomly fails to render text, and which makes a rookie UI code mistake — if you press Up while the topmost item is highlighted, it scrolls up 10 instead of 1

I love how ridiculously stupid this is. Sure, I'll go and "ask the owner" to "fix" their QR code. It's your goddamn app that generates the QR code! Seems to happen pretty often that "smart" things really aren't that smart at all 🤦 @Samsung @smartthings

Time to shame @hbomax's garbage experience again: 1️⃣ Why do you need to reselect "who's watching" when you refresh the page? 2️⃣ Why does the session time out after a few hours? 3️⃣ What's with the stupid "urn" URL format? The number of UI/UX fails remains TOO. DAMN. HIGH.
