This situation is utterly unacceptable. Mr. Berry Biffle, if you are unable to effectively manage a company and ensure that passengers arrive at their destinations in a timely manner, it is clear that new leadership is needed..#Frontierairlines

Dear Frontier Airlines, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your airline tonight . The experience was unacceptable and a shame to the US airlines industry. The treatment of US customers in this manner is deplorable. Being stuck at the airport for 6 hours, only to have the flight cancelled, is a clear indication of the inadequacies in your service. Plus failing to have people on the ground to address the situation and calm down the frustrated passengers. I request a formal apology and expect a thorough investigation into this matter. We are still stuck at the airport. With respect and reservation.

@FlyFrontier is trash, their customer service is CRAP. Flight has been delayed 6 times and unable to get contact with anybody is insane. I’m pregnant, my feet are swollen, and having to spend unnecessary money. Never again! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. #frontierdonotcare

@FrontierCare I would like to speak with someone over the phone not through a DM. I’ve tried calling several times with my confirmation number and the system keeps hanging up on me saying the confirmation number can’t be found.
