> Rewarded all the first year users with lifetime validity irrespective of the cost on us. This was done as a token of respect for the trust they showed on us.

Here’s how our feedback loop runs:
1. Dedicated team that calls you up after 2-3 weeks of purchase and collects feedback.
2. Social media team that monitors every post we are tagged in, and created a note for the most occurring ones in the doc we maintain.
3. Discord channel to share suggestions and improvements.
4. Whatsapp support 24x7 with a turn around time of 5 minutes in business hours.

@AmanSharma_554 idk if this is paid post...but feel he should have not gone the offline root. Building a offline college ecosystem comes with a lots of responsibilities and most are non teaching. Plus the fees were too high tbf. If you can't deliver the expectations, u will be marked as scammer

Universities like MIT, Stanford and Tsinghua are for research excellence. World class UG education is a downstream product of it.
IITs have been made into a center for filtering top UG talent for the job market to choose them. Money goes more into subsidizing UG education than higher research.
Even today GoI blindly subsidizes more UG seats than spending on GPUs and other core engg labs for IIT researchers to do R&D.
Either the mandate for IITs from the govt has to change or ppl need to stop expecting wrong stuff from institutions that aren’t designed for excellence.
