I know it's only been 32 days without alcohol but... that means l've officially been 1 month sober!💥 I love that for me & I am proud of myself.
Remember, your life doesn't have to make sense to anyone but you. Celebrate your small wins just as much as your big wins because they are equally as important.🫶

Going into 2026, I chose to completely give up alcohol. 🍺Mainly because I have my marathon coming up in March.🏃♀️ Although I am a social drinker, I've never been one to drink that much or that often. Even during celebrations. Sure, I'll post pictures for the clout ascetics Of the environment but the truth is, behind the scenes; I usually take one sip & dump it. I RARELY ever finish more than one drink in an outing. I am a control freak by nature.🫠
