X amount of stewards in any given company are experienced and very good, and a percentage aren’t, and it’s difficult to close the gap, when a quota is required at each match etc.

@ShaneAnders_ @TheRacingMan4 @OfficialCorkGAA @officialgaa The crowd behaviour was perfectly fine. I think deep down the issue is poor stewarding and ultimately that falls on the organisers to ensure they are doing their job.

The over selling of tickets for the terraces is really getting out of hand with @OfficialCorkGAA. The walkways on Blackrock End were all lined people for the duration of the game today. People crammed up on top of each other really takes from the match experience. @officialgaa

I mean how people move through the event site, where they stand and congregate. i.e Steps etc. The terrace is calculated at X people per Sq Metre. People don’t like density, so leads to standing in walkways etc.

A safe capacity is established for the terrace, and it’s not only based on how many people can fit on the terrace. It is includes other factors such as exiting capacity etc. The issue you relate to is crowd behaviour, which is a separate conversation.

@odonoghuejames @OfficialCorkGAA @officialgaa They don’t oversell though, that’s a big accusation to make. The parameters are set in terms of capacity and Munster Council/Cork operate within those parameters.

This is an optional feature on the Boeing 737, and Ryanair chose not to include it. That decision helps the airline save millions of dollars every year.
