Say we buy Baleba from Brighton for £70m. Brighton will then go buy Sangaré for £30m & after a season or two he'll be easily valued over £100m 💰 I like Baleba but it’s evident Sangaré is the better player of the two & statistically way more technical. £35-40m for this talent it’s incredibly smart business!! Don’t fumble this #MUFC 🇾🇪

BREAKING: 🇬🇧 Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer: “Much of what Mr. Trump has said is specifically designed to put me under pressure, to make me change my position and to draw Britain into this conflict. But my response is clear: I will not repeat the mistakes of the past by sending our forces into an offensive confrontation without a clear exit plan. Our priority is de-escalation and protecting our economy from energy price shocks, not expanding the conflict.”👇

🚨The refereeing yesterday was scandalous — just remembered some of Simon Hooper's blunders against United this season; - During our first premier league game of the season; vs Arsenal, a clear penalty for United denied by Hooper, Horrendous tackle by Saliba on Matheus Cunha. - The most notable one was against Bournemouth; Semenyo literally grabbed Dalot's throat, no red card, same offence Casemiro was sent off for. - The offside goal by Casemiro, if it was against United would be given 100% but for us it was always going to be ruled out. And many other clear faults not given for United while he blow the whistle almost every time a West Ham player touched the floor United should always appeal and not take lightly any controversial refereeing from this guy anymore. #MUFC

Discipline has been one of the more frustrating issues during Tottenham Hotspur’s turbulent campaign. It cost them on Saturday, when Cristian Romero was sent off by referee Michael Oliver in the 29th minute for a studs-raised challenge that caught Manchester United midfielder Casemiro on the ankle. Much of Tottenham’s disciplinary trouble centres on Romero. He is the only Premier League player to have been sent off twice this season. Tottenham have collected 67 cards this season, four more than any other side. Thomas Frank's side may feel some grievance with that overall card total. They are booked once every 4.1 fouls, the lowest fouls-per-card ratio in the league. By contrast, Manchester United have the highest ratio, receiving a card once every 7.6 fouls this season. 📝 @Conor0Neill_ and @MarkCarey93 🔗 nytimes.com/athletic/70325…

@Michael_P853 @ammandev Whats knee jerk about it? Since November we've played 11 games and won 3 of them... Including dropping points vs West Ham at home, Everton with 10 men beating us at home and Wolves with only 2 points this season drawing with us at home. Extremely poor from Amorim

@ammandev INEOS lose all credibility immediately... Only in October SJR said "You cant run a club like Manchester United on knee-jerk reactions"... Maybe Ruben shot himself in the foot calling the board out, but it only emphasises how spineless this ownership is.

I’ll say it again for emphasis… Letting Ruben Amorim go for poor results is one thing - because it has been poor over his tenure and the inconsistency is hard to stomach. But letting him go because you said one thing and did another is another stain on the hierarchy that we didn’t need. And with the ‘newness’ of them all, this was a chance to break free from that. Instead, they’ve carried on the tradition of promising one thing and doing the opposite.

@JacobsBen There's been zero progress under Solskjaer, Rangnick, van Nistelrooy, ten Haag or Amorim. I wonder if the board will ever realise that they're the problem 🤔

More on Ruben Amorim's sacking. #MUFC believe there haven't been enough signs of evolution or progress. Denials of power struggles or ultimatums, but understand there was a breakdown between Amorim and Jason Wilcox. Manchester United back the squad to achieve their objectives this season, including getting European football. Manchester United insiders insist Amorim was aligned in adding three forwards over a midfielder last summer, especially knowing they are versatile. And whoever replaces Amorim will still be a head coach not a manager. No coach will ever sit above the leadership team, or be given a recruitment veto like Erik ten Hag, as Manchester United's model is collaborative.🔴

@Michaelfigueir3 @UtdDistrict @ManUtd 3. You don't know what you're talking about. A dictator? He was a manager.. A manager who you'll probably never see the ilk of again. If he was manager at united today.. The Garnachos, the Rashford and the Mainoos all would go on to be legends because they wouldn't feel entitled

@UtdDistrict @ManUtd 1. Young players today have a completely different attitude to young players back in those days. 2. Alex Ferguson was also a bit of a dictator to these young players he speaks of. Just watch interviews of the class of 92. Not sure if young players today would cope

🚨🎙️ | Sir Alex Ferguson on his secret when rebuilding football teams: "I think my appetite was for YOUNG people and players. When I went to St Mirren, they had no money. The best thing I could do was sit at the coaching schools on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the young players, and then five ended up becoming internationals. "Then I went to Aberdeen and continued that ethic; we won the European Cup without our own training ground and eight players were produced by the club. It was fantastic. "When I went to United, Bobby Charlton was in the meeting and I said: 'I don’t know why you have appointed me unless you give me the reign to produce young players.' Bobby said, 'That’s done, you’ve got the job.' Bobby Charlton was a fantastic man." [@PressBoxPR]

Jonjo Shelvey on why he left the UK and won't be returning any time soon 🇬🇧❌: 🗣️ "I don't want my children growing up in England any more. I'd never wear a watch in London. You can't have your phone out. I see people getting arrested for tweeting and, then, all of the flags and 'taking back the country'. @SkySportsPL I thought the Premier League uses the Double Punishment rule where if they award a penalty, they wouldn't issue a red card because the goal scoring opportunity is presented with a penalty
