so proud of my mentee and fellow so-to-be @RWJMS alum! when I matched into dermatology last year, I was the first black person to do so. now @cwachukujr becomes the 2nd (1st black man!). a harrowing truth. hopeful that by us doing it, others will know they can do it to. 🤎
