@CarphoneIE Warranty repair but the tracker isn't working on the website so can't self track. Ya I knew there would be delays due to Covid but still was told it would take 7 days. Surely people's who have repairs delays should be updated rather than having to take to social media for info?

@CarphoneIE Hi it’s been 43 days since ye took my phone for repairs and still no update as to where it is, could I please get a replacement as stated in website terms and an update on my phone. Thanks
