@AnfieldSector Sympathy for the awful, boring & lacklustre style of football he has us playing. From Klopp’s mentality monsters to Slot’s passive pigeons. The drop off has been huge and that’s on slot. No external factor has caused that. It’s all on him and his awful, un-liverpool style of play

Has anyone lost access to Nigella without doing anything? I’ve got a couple ppl promise they’re not thick as shit and accidentally have left the group/removed - but have lost access randomly? Was it after you changed any privacy settings? Big ups in advance

@JamieIrishRed @bobkpatel Very true. We had a very poor team then. This is worse as we have top players being told to play league 1 football.

All things considered this is worse than Hodgson era.

@Thatguyisback77 @bobkpatel Slot appears detached & almost emotionless. That goes against every what Liverpool fan is. We’re passionate & love the club. That’s why we loved Klopp. He understood the fans & reflected that passion & love. There was a connection. Slot doesn’t have that.

I said this before but I literally feel no affinity between Slot & the people , city or culture of Liverpool . It feels very much like a business arrangement only & it’s quite hard fot the fans to stomach that sense of ambivalence or feel empathetic to his current plight

@jon_s1989 I think what would change is how we play & the tactics. I can’t remember a time in my 37 years of supporting the club where the football has been this bad. It’s boring, lacklustre & predictable. We may not hit those targets if we change but the football would be a lot better

I try to be rational. We're in the FA Cup, CL quarters, and fighting for top 5 Do we have a better chance of hitting any of those targets with Slot as manager or with Gerrard as interim until the end of the season?

@IamtheadamLFC @LFC This is how I feel. Slot has destroyed all love, passion and interest in the team. Our performances are woeful, tactics boring and any enjoyment and excited has been wiped by Slot. It’s absolutely atrocious. Hogdson was never this bad.

Something I’ve noticed about myself this season: I’m constantly on my phone while Liverpool are playing. Not the occasional glance either, proper second screen behaviour. Match on the tv, phone in hand, scrolling while the game carries on in the background. And every week I end up asking myself the same question: what’s going on here? Have I suddenly developed ADHD? Has years of short form content and endless scrolling completely destroyed my attention span, or more worryingly, am I starting to fall out of love with football? Because it definitely didn’t used to be like this. I could sit through a dull 0–0 years ago and still be completely locked in. Every phase of play felt like it mattered, every attack carried a bit of tension, and even when nothing was happening it still felt like something might happen. Now I sit down with every intention of properly watching the match. Phone down next to me. Five minutes later I’m somehow halfway through a video about someone restoring a lawnmower from the 1980s. I look back up and realise I’ve missed several minutes of football, yet the game seems to be exactly where it was before. Centre back to full back. Back inside. Across the back line. Back to the goalkeeper. Switch sides. Reset. By the time we finally reach the edge of the box my attention has already drifted somewhere else. And that’s when the other thought creeps in. Maybe it’s not my brain. Maybe it’s not TikTok or shrinking attention spans. Maybe I still love football exactly the same as I always have. Maybe Liverpool are just a bit boring to watch this season. Everything feels very controlled, very safe, very calculated. Lots of possession, lots of recycling the ball, lots of patient build up but not always much urgency or unpredictability. It can feel like we’re carefully managing a game rather than actually grabbing hold of it.
