@Lindsayjean21 Completely agree. We just had a math new coach training on this topic. Determine what reflective stage the teacher is at and plan your coaching support from there.

A1: Start with the teachers who have the WILL to improve instructional practice. Once you build a “coalition of the willing”, those teachers will bring other, more hesitant teachers on board, and become leaders themselves. #SWDAChat
