Survived x3 days on the rip with my bestie in Portugal, then banged my head full suck off a barbell in work today, and nearly knocked myself out. 😂 I haven't had a bump like it since I ran into a lamp post as a cub.

For those that think a 'normal' X-ray means no OA. Been banging this drum for a while. OA needs to be relatively advanced for joint space narrowing to be apparent on plain film. MRI & CT can paint a different picture (including eg OCD, dysplasia, anterior / posterior OA) if further diagnostic clarity will influence your decision-making
