@NTE_GL Can you guys look into controller support? Its bugged badly. Sometimes few buttons wont work. Sometimes whole thing just doesnt react even when controller is connected. Either bt or cable. (yes controller works fine in other games)

Wanted to clarify a few things for the upcoming Apex Reset in NA, EUW, EUNE, TR, LAN, BR (other regions didn't experience enough instability to meaningfully affect competitive integrity) 1. There will be no advantage to rolling a fresh account or a smurf vs playing on your existing account, so please play on your existing account 2. After the reset, the intent is that there will be no accounts with an LP or MMR higher than Master 0LP 3. We are planning to disallow Apex+ duoing for at least the first patch to allow MMR's to settle a bit Thanks for all your patience and hope that we can make Season 2 climbs a great experience

@Shaohuj Issue is, allowing duoq in soloq ladder makes it less interesting than a solo-only ladder for soloq players because it hinders integrity, you want a balance between fun and competitive integrity but players who dont want duoq, just value way more competitive integrity

@Sykii_ Flex queue is just not as interesting, hitting higher ranks does not feel as good or rewarding, the games are just alot easier since there are alot of examples in which someone stuck in Emerald on soloq is Masters+ on flex

Hey folks. As a result of the volatility since January, we’re doing a Ranked reset for Apex players (Master+) in NA, EUW, EUNE, BR, LAN, and TR. Affected players will have their visible rank and MMR reset to Master 0LP when Patch 26.9 goes live.

Our toplaner was constantly disconnecting and reconnecting for few minutes and the game didn't count him as an afk so the lp's weren't refunded.
