In memory of my Dad today I brought the Dementia bus experience from @Training2careUK to Pontypridd. 2 sessions of individuals , lived experience and professionals walking in the shoes of a person living with dementia, to provide the best support and care they can. Thanks all

Everyone should be offered cpr training. Today I had to perform on my mum but sadly she was already gone. Passing very suddenly but peacefully this afternoon. My thoughts sad, but reassured because I'd tried and what if I hadn't how would I feel.
