@RMproductionsX I believe Truth Revealed has uncovered some of the answers. If Sergio (and Veroscope) were able to analyse more interviews (esp any where any we suspect were asked about other’s involvement), the truth might be uncovered & lead to the arrests of those actually involved.

Let’s discuss “Facts not in evidence”. The objection, assumes facts not in evidence prevents an attorney from misleading the finder of fact (the judge in this instance) with information they did not hear during the case-in-chief, violating the rules of evidence. @BradlLawPC properly pointed this error out post the prosecution closing. In a timely manner. Which is both allowed and important for the record. It was by no means a rebuttal. And yes in closing attorneys have wide latitude to argue reasonable inferences they cannot use their colorful imagination to create new facts. The prosecution had Kelsey on the stand and chose not to go into key aspects of the timeline. This shows clear premeditation in tailoring his closing argument giving him a level of deniability in his deceit. @RekietaLaw is my brain while watching the closing.

Judge brings up CW closing where they said there was a bullet in the chamber and thus the gun was reracked. However, he says he is not moved by this and is condemning the police for not having body cameras.

Noonan had access to the gun immediately after the shooting. He could have racked the gun immediately. The scene was under their control for a while.

I'm finally inside the courtroom for closing statements in the Kelsey Fitzsimmons trial. Listened to Bradl's closing on the way in, which was short, sweet, and simple. ADA Gubitose is rambling on about what a great cop Santa BLT Rambo (Noonan) is.

Michel Bryant in court for this over the top gun demonstration in closing by the DA. His own demo took so long it doesn't conform with Kelsey No -Kelsey No and two quick shots in succession.

The CW is arguing that Kelsey’s story can’t be true because there was a round in the chamber, which means she had to have racked it because she’s the only person who could have. Problem is that the CW also stated that Daly found the gun and put it on the bed and then Noonan grabbed it and moved it again. That’s two guys who could have racked the gun. I’m here to tell you, Noonan absolutely had a motive to rack it because if he just shot a cop, per his own testimony, who had a gun with an empty chamber it would be a huge problem for him moving forward.
