@NoBrokerCare I haven't heard anything about the delays in picking up the items despite Nobroker's assurance. The packers came to the house nearly 3 hours late. When followed up, the vendor was still saying "2 PM" thouugh it was assigned 9 AM. It happened despite my reminder the previous day.

@NoBrokerCare AC installation fee was refunded on 20 Apr 2026 after multiple follow-ups. Damage claim was refunded on 7 Aug 2026, which I happened to miss to check due to oversight. Thank you for the support.

@NoBrokerCare More than a month ago, I shifted my belongings through Nobroker Packers & Movers. Despite NBProtect fee paid & damage claim form having been submitted Nobroker hasn't refunded for damages & delays caused by its packers & movers partner. It's highly unprofessional.

Their AC technician damaged copper pipelines and power cables while uninstalling the AC and their vendor did not send an AC technician for installing the destination location.

@NoBrokerCare Nobroker's refund for damages is only a myth. When I relocated recently from Jaipur to Delhi NCR, they charged NBProtect fee @3% of declared value; yet they haven't refunded a single penny after submitting damage claim form & multiple followups. Very unprofessional
