One convo with Ontonio got me together and got me to lock in and start @Mellofluence. He is constantly working to improve black access to mental health care. Creates spaces for Black men who have difficulties with their mental health.

Living a life of impact. Speaking last Saturday to a group of men at Ayati Men, Eat and Connect event. We discuss a reality of issues affecting men's mental health and looked at strategies to improve mental health. This was great! #Speakblackman #Seedsforsuccess
