@sjfeeney We 100% agree! We're trying to find ways for people to initially connect. Is that easier in person or chatting online? We'd always recommend building a solid foundation through contracting over time before applying for roles together 👍

@SharedHeadship Having previously done a job share there's no way I'd sign up to such a fundamental structure of a role without having met the other half several times in person. Chemistry is absolutely key to the success of jobsharing IMO and nothing beats f2f when establishing this.
