I’m loving what @AnthropicAI is doing to fix sycophancy in their models.

@Sohaibashraf97 Tawakkul ! Everything works out the right way when you look back and you get to understand why something didn’t work out

Something I really struggle with being a founder + muslim, is being in this constant mental battle between:
1. Everything is a skill issue, my fault, my responsibility
2. Everything is the Qadr of Allah
Some days I have sales call where things could’ve went either way and when it doesnt, I get really frustrated and blame myself
But other days I have sales close from places I didnt even know existed
Islamically I really struggle with this - as I want high expectations for myself and dont want to fall into cope and blame external factors
but at the same time im never sure if im falling into some form of shirk where I think that I had the power to change things that were never written for me
my teachers tell me to try my best, "tie my camel" and leave the rest to Allah - the problem is, I always feel like I could've done more so I don't know how to approach this mental battle
not sure if anyone else goes through this and has a solution

@Sharekh_ interesting. not tools id replace with vibe coding personally. also seems like lots of free alternatives if needed
intercom -> crisp
segment -> can you just stick with 1 tool like posthog?
notion -> a bunch of options here, but its costing that much you want to replace?

We might be witnessing the collapse of B2B SaaS as we know it.
More companies will build internal tools instead of paying $50K/year for some bloated SaaS.
This will lead to many SaaS companies shutting down.
As more businesses shut down, there are fewer businesses to sell.
Fewer B2B companies → fewer businesses to sell to → more B2B companies die → feedback loop
On the other hand:
Building a business has never been easier. We will see an explosion of vibe-coded companies.
We're at the start of this trend. And it will only accelerate with the release of future models like Claude Opus 5 and GPT-6
What do you think the future looks like?

"We tried ChatGPT for our legal briefs, but..."
This is how 90% of my customer calls start.
The "but" is always the same: hallucinations, inconsistent outputs, responses that sound like they've never seen a law firm.
You don't have an AI problem. You have a customization problem.
Generic AI is like hiring a brilliant intern who's never worked in your industry. Smart, but doesn't know your language, standards, or workflows.
Fine-tuning changes that. We took one legal client from "technically accurate but professionally useless" to "indistinguishable from senior associates" in 4 weeks.
Stop accepting 70% accuracy as "just how AI works."
With proper fine-tuning, 95%+ reliability isn't just possible—it should be standard.
