A little about me since it's Friday night not that anyone cares The main core of investing I do is in a Rollover IRA which has grown throughout the years. For some reason I have always been better at growing this than a taxable account maybe because I viewed it almost as fake money. (Though can be withdrawn if shit hits the fan w/ taxes and a penalty.) But since I treated this like a video game it has worked because I have definitely gone hard into some good ideas but as time goes on I'm trying to take less risk. Anyway obviously I do have a normal taxable account, too, which I invest in biotechs. (Because I'm still insane.) When I went to buy my dream home the whole process freaked me out a bit because I have never renovated a house, wasn't sure about costs, war in Iran, blah blah so I sold tax neutral assets where I could. The one hard one was $CELC which was a blessing because it did improve my life meaningfully last July. But hadn't held a full year, STCG, tax implications etc. so I basically was kind of forced to hold. I decreased my position in the Rollover IRA to a little over 10% but didn't want to sell a winner either. All of this is to say even though I had conviction in CELC my b hole was a little clenched heading into this which is never a great thing considering the downside of a total fail. So I will probably never put myself in this situation again but luckily it was positive on the top-line and no new safety signals so I guess it takes the risk of a significant wipeout off the table which I'm very grateful for. Also I was renovating my house when this was released so I wasn't really thinking anything meaningful could happen on a Friday otherwise those few minutes of being halted with no news yet might have killed me lol.

@SharkAlertsBio Was it always the plan that is the data were statsig they would amend the NDA? Or was the thinking that they would submit a separate NDA?

In all seriousness, $vktx has going concern issue in next few Qs. Maybe a year of cash. How do they realistically fund the company? Structured finance-type deals likely will have punitive economics, especially given pricing dynamics in obesity Crazy they didn’t raise more cash in back half of 2024 / take 2027 overhang off table in 2025, no matter how dilutive it may have been. Didn’t do enough with ATM either. Instead had brilliant idea to initiate share repurchase program in Feb 2025. Not a position of strength right here, right now

$PODD now at 25x forward EPS & 3.4x sales. Not saying this is necessarily headed back to prior valuation, but further downside is very unlikely imo.
