I genuinely think I am the only person who likes open natures lol, having more consistent informations should reward who plays better, making unique spreads is important, but do you really think winning games because of a random max speed or max def spread is skillfull at all?
Jokes aside I really don't like this open nature change, if it is where we're headed. One of the only surprises we had left in teambuilding was running something bulky that shouldn't be, or something fast that shouldn't be. This just punishes creativity :(
First OTS, now we’re adding Natures to team sheets. What’s next, handing over full pastes with EV spreads and damage calc support at team preview?
At what point do we stop removing hidden information and creative edges from teambuilding?
@SharkVGC_ I'm not sure why it is so hard to read and accept it is ok to have a different opinion, but you can call it the way you prefer. I understand your point though
First we started with OTS, the skill to figure out information and handle it properly and strategically in a bo3 setting was punished, it also hurt creativity in team building (some people call it "cheese") and now we apparently have to also give the nature information to our opponents in the OTS. I don't like this direction at all. At this point, let's make it fully open and tell me your speed, attack stats and defenses please. The game I loved is dying 😭
to be clear, I don’t think this is like the end of unconventional team building Or anything, I just genuinely don’t understand why this change was necessary or what problem they were trying to solve
@SharkVGC_@PokeReplaysVGC Brother this entire hypothetical is situation dependent what are you saying 😂
Making predictions in mons is all about risk and there's next to no play you should always never go for
I think, like most moments of RNG in Pokémon, a lot of it is that you have to learn to play around it. For example, if your opponent's out is to get a double protect. Try to call it Drain Punch your own Pokémon for more health, attack the other slot, etc.
@Iamconfuuzed@PokeReplaysVGC That’s definitely too risky, depending on the situation, you might lose because you’re opponent doesn’t go for the double protect. Play safe.
@SharkVGC_@PokeReplaysVGC They're not saying always predict the double. They're saying assess whether the opponent would reasonably gamble for it, and if they are is there an option that's better than attacking into that slot, potentially wasting one or both of your moves that turn

I’m not spending them at all since i’m using the same mons and items, if i’m using something new, i still have training tickets or recruit tickets
It's been a month since Pokemon Champions released and one of the biggest talking points was VP being potentially very hard to acquire and the game being p2w
So... after a month how's everyone's VP situation?
I feel like once i run out of Achievments this will drain up fast
