And yes, May 1986, as I said, "in circulation" which means registration, not just made before 5/86, to be grandfathered. $200 tax stamp applies for anything NFA, whether a silencer, full auto, or an SBR. Time actually depends on backlog.

And look how high up the right to bear arms was discussed... These civics forgetting folks need to google "Massachusetts Compromise."
