Went to @houseoffraser Belfast to urgently buy a funeral suit. The assistant had a serious attitude problem, scruffy, appeared stoned, had no idea how to find the right size, didn’t even know where the suits were vs jackets and was relieved when we said we’d go elsewhere. #FAIL
