Dear @Vodacom - sending me snippy messages about not answering when you call about the fault - which is that I can’t get calls - seems counterintuitive. I get 1 bar in certain areas if I stand still. I’ve asked 2x for technicians to email or whatsapp. You can’t call me.
@Vodacom Please send me an email where I can cancel my contracts with you. You agent ended my call when I needed to fix things in my account. I don’t think I want to continue with such service sorry
