Classic Marble Cake 🍰 Ingredients 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup milk 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/3 cup cocoa powder Instructions Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour your preferred cake pan. In a large bowl, combine the eggs and sugar, beating until the mixture becomes fluffy and pale. Add the oil and milk, mixing until fully blended. Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder until the batter is smooth and well combined. Separate the batter into two equal parts. Stir cocoa powder into one half of the batter until the color is even. Pour the plain batter into the prepared pan, then layer the chocolate batter over it in spoonfuls. Swirl the batters gently with a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan for a few minutes, then remove and let it cool completely before serving. 🍽️ Tip: Perfect as a simple dessert or afternoon cake with your favorite hot drink.
